ABC-Amega Data Retention Policy

Effective as of June 30, 2022

We will retain the personal data of prospective customers within our CRM and marketing platform for five (5) years, as, historically, we have seen that prospective customers convert into customers within such time period. At that point, the prospective customer will have to sign up for marketing or otherwise affirmatively re-demonstrate interest in our Services. This retention period may be extended for prospective customers that are in current negotiations with ABC-Amega near the end of such retention period.

Current customers’ personal data will be retained until the relationship terminates, at which point their personal data will be retained within our CRM and marketing platform for five (5) years for finance, tax, and regulatory purposes and in the event our former customer reemerges as a customer. At that point, the former customer will have to sign up for marketing or affirmatively demonstrate interest in our Services.

Voice recordings will be retained for two (2) years. (Updated September 16, 2024)

Personal data relating to contractual and other legal documentation, such as with our customers or suppliers, will be retained indefinitely.

Emails sent to ABC-Amega will be retained indefinitely.

Google Analytics and Lead Forensics data will be retained for fourteen (14) months from the date of receipt.
