Edward O’Keefe | Director of Application Development

Ed is responsible for managing the development and maintenance of applications at ABC-Amega, in particular the company’s SoftCall® first-party outsourcing service, ABC-Collect, client portals, and internal reporting programs.

Ed joined ABC-Amega in 2014 as a Software Developer and has 20 years of receivables management industry experience. He attended Buffalo State College studying Computer Information Systems prior to beginning his career in computer sciences. Ed is also a graduate of Leadership Buffalo’s 2020 class.

Ed resides in Hamburg, NY with his wife Meagan and their three children, and enjoys spending his time outside of work making his own beer, bowling, and playing pinball.
